Well this is my weight loss story i couldnt find the whole body pictures but hopefully you can see by the face and i know bad pictures but look i have a double chin and now i dont. Ive lost 60 pounds in like 5 months yea pretty crazy it went fast im still working out because i want abs and i wont stop till i see them lol. I have alot of weight issues i still think im fat i dont do it for attention i think its all in my head but everytime i go to the mirror i hate it i feel like a girl when i shop for clothes because im always in the fitting room debating if i look fat or not. I guess i have pocresophobia badly fml but i just want to inspire people that you can do it because honestly i was a lazy fuck but no not no more “LOOK AT ME NOW” haha it’s all worth it at the end . JUST DO IT NIGGA.
Breakfast: banana plum raisin cooked oatmeal topped with yogurt, banana, plum and a lot of pb. And the snow is back :(
